We urgently needing to employ 1/2 Junior Operations Consultants based on the following: Able to work shifts day / night / weekend / public holidays. Reside within the area. Able to communicate effectively. Computer literate in EXCEL / Microsoft Office. Good written and verbal skills. Attention to detail. Able to work within a Team, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Duties & Responsibilities: Handle switchboard for reception until they arrive, if working early morning shift. Update staff availability and unavailability on Medzone. SMS and email confirmation of Adhoc shifts. Replace staff as soon as possible. Create vacancies for every order which comes in. Fill shift in as soon as requested by client. Orientate newly registered staff.
