We are looking for an Administration Executive with at least 4 years experience, highly proficient in MS Office and English written and speaking.
Must have experience: Administration: Reception responsibilities include: Answering & channeling phone calls, coordination of conference calls, assisting guests/visitors, coordination of courier services. Operational responsibilities include: Office supplies management, IT requirements coordination, Leave management, Issuing LPO's in Accountant's absence, daily coordination of transport/delivery with office driver. Management of Staff Files Archives.
Executive Assistance: Meeting/calendar Management. Assisting management with monthly financial reporting. Medical Insurance Reimbursement. Family Travel arrangements. Personal Documents Filing. Househelper files and salary sheet. Bookings (Restaurants, Events).
