Location, Other Eastern Cape, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. My client is seeking a Skills Development Facilitator to join their team based in Eastern Cape.

Duties: The successful candidate will evaluate SETA funding opportunities and make recommendations on programs to be implemented. Ensure that all SETA and legislative reporting requirements are met both in terms of content and deadlines. Submitting accurate Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports to SETA and ensure skills levies are recouped in line with the Skills Development Levies Act

Implement and monitor all recoverable grants and service fees in association with the Leanership program and ensure maximum recoverable grants are achieved. Coordination of training which included liaising with training providers, booking of venues and catering as well as communicating with department managers.

Requirements: BTech in HR Management. SDF Accredited. 3 years of Talent Development experience. Competent in Skills Development Strategies. Extensive knowledge of SETA;s. Salary: R Market Related
