Responsible for outgoing orders. Ensure all orders are loaded as per invoice and delivered timeously and efficiently to customers. Manage credit notes and following through on short loads. Ensure daily operations in Catering Department runs efficiently. Work hand in hand with routing department. Liaise with HR department for IR related issues. Adhoc duties requested by management from time to time. Monitor security issues. Temperature checks on vehicles. Staff Management /Time keeping. Manage the floor. Housekeeping. Assisting with all collecting customers.
