Construction site superintendent
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $55.00 to $65.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Edmonton South, Alberta (1 vacancy)

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years

Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements, Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Plan and manage budgets
Other Information:ASME welding cert. with 3-5 years exp. as journeyman welder, steamfitter, pipe-fitter or machinist. Experience with heavy industrial sites.
