We are an Upmarket Mobile Bar and Event Solution Company, we are seeking a trained individual that is driven and that can grow in our industry. We are seeking someone young and diverse that can fit into any situation that may arise.

Chosen applicate would be required to: Fill in any position when needed, waitron, runner, bartender, or senior manager. Have a strong customer service understanding and ensure our brand is always serving excellence. Leadership, able to lead motivate and train waitrons, bartenders, and crew. Presentation: be well groomed and well presented, some of our customers are billionaires you need to look like them too. Management, the safety of stock, stock take, bar recon and takings. Problem-solving and communication skills: dealing with irate customers to incorrect stock orders, fixing the problem and or communicating to the team or upper management the issue for it to be fixed fast and effectively with little to no impact on the brand.

Stress: be able to work and handle themselves in a stressful environment.  Stamina, able to work long and hard, work shifts weekends and public holidays when the time arises. Work unsupervised & always be in a timeous manner. Promote the company in a positive manner. Reporting skills, able to report, predict and forecast sales, situation and pros and cons

Must have: Relevant management training, preferably having a valid Food & Beverage Diploma or Similar. Financial Understanding of Cost of Sales. Good Computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Staff Training experience required. Experience in purchasing and costing of stock. Must have Drivers Licence and own transport have the relevant bar and cocktail knowledge excellent communicational skills, English first language be well-groomed. Salary 4500 – 6500pm + incentive bonuses .
