This position involves phoning property owners to see if they are interested in selling their property. Full training will be provided on how to valuate properties online, negotiate prices with sellers over the phone and list the properties for sale. The ideal candidate must have strong sales, communication and telephonic skills. Real estate knowledge/experience is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided. Duties: Source property listings over the phone through various leads supplied by the company. Canvassing to new sellers/phoning property owners to see if they interested in selling their property Negotiate property prices with sellers over the phone and list their properties Valuating properties using online valuation software Acquiring signed mandates from potential sellers
