Prepare/ maintain data of all civil materials pricing and updates record of price variation. Prepare/ maintain data of all civil projects. Maintain level of contact with suppliers. Maintain record of works received under civil projects and prepares list of materials required to be processed. Establishment of rates versus cost occurred on project wise. Maintain list of projects issued and monitors the issuance of work orders. Develops each activity with company cost, price and calculate profit ratio.
