Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for payroll processing for All Al Falah group.- Process WPS files for above companies- Prepares leave, EOSB, salary and other settlements Process.- Registers/cancels employees' Pay time- Registers new companies in Pay time .- Verifies monthly payroll for 16 companies (UAE, KSA & Qatar)- Checks all settlements for sister companies (Leave, EOSB, salary adjustments-UAE)- Attends to grievances of employees- Prepares monthly cost center distribution reports- ERP Administrator; maintains and coordinates with sister companies for implementation- Prepares HRD memos- Prepares and Coordinates with all HR staffs for employee evaluations- Prepares warning letters- Trains newly joined HR employee- Inducts newly joined employees- Attends to Dubai Municipality Site Inspection/Audit- Attends to ISO Audit- Also updates timekeeping details in the ERP system- Assists Visa and Recruitment team as needed- Tasks that maybe assigned by HR/Admin Team Leader from time to time.
