Receptionist for Conference Centre Location East London, Eastern Cape Advertised By Private Job Type Full-Time Looking for a Receptionist for a newly opened conference centre in East London. Would suit a young vibrant lady willing to help in all areas. This is growing business and there is room for growth from this position. Job Tasks involve but are not limited to: Welcoming guests and directing them to their board rooms assisting clients with carrying their training material assisting clients with setting up their venue where possible getting clients to sign the attendance register Quotations & proforma invoices updating calendar bookings Updating daily menu requirements managing evaluation forms photocopies/printing for our clients updating the welcome signs and names on venue doors daily completing supplier and tender documents switch board assist with function requirements where necessary updating the social media with news of daily events The position would require the following skills: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Outlook Express Social Media We require the suitable person to start on 26 May 2018. The conference centre officially opens on the 4th June with the first clients starting on 5th June. The first week would be for training and assisting with setting up.
