Customer Service Executive About this Role we are looking for a Customer Service Executive to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships He/she would be excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Job Description– Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries– Generating sales leads that develop into new customers– Answer questions of the products or company– Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales– Book Appointments for the sales team– Follow Up Customers– Meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales– Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.– Generate targeted enquires on daily basis .– Make Quotations, PO, Invoices, DO.– Coordination of Delivery– Follow up on Payments– Manage large amounts of incoming calls– Generate sales leads– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication– Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Requirements to Apply: Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor Degree in any field. Must be Female. Fresher’s are welcome to apply who are willing to gain experience this is the best opportunity. Good Knowledge of relevant computer programs like Word , Excel. Ability to learn about products and services and describe / Explain them to prospects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of English. Cool Tempered and Able to handle rejection. Outstanding negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Must be on Husband Visa. Must be based in Sharjah.
