Tasks End user support via telephone, Team Viewer and site visits. Respond to all logged support requests enthusiastically and professionally. Minimum requirements and competencies. 2 – 5 years working experience supporting users within a Microsoft-centric network infrastructure. Good troubleshooting skills. Advantageous – working knowledge of Windows networking - installation and maintenance.
