Requirements: Matric/Grade 12. Formal qualification in Hotel/ Tourism Management). Previous experience in F&B Management within both A la carte and Buffet dining environment. Previous experience with management of high volume conferences and events is essential. Sound financial acumen required. Must have an unendorsed drivers licence and own transport. Proficient in Microsoft as well as a reputable POS System.

Previous exposure to a Property Management system i.e.: Plus point and Apex will be an advantage Application Process
