A local Catering Company is looking to employ a Chef with the following skills/experience/abilities:- Must have at least 8-10 years experience in the Catering Industry, of which4 years must be airline catering2 - 4 years must be in production environment+- 2 years A la carte experience. Must be HACCP trained

Skills required: Must be able to manage, train and develop a young team; Create menus for different client profiles on a 3 - 6 week rotation cycle Effective cost management and stock managementFood costing and product development Creative, special menus and cook-off's

Personal: Very creative, and organized Pay attention to detail Strong leader Very energetic - must be able to handle high volumes of production Have your own reliable transport
