Job Description: Coordinate with the delivery team for supply of water Collect customer data, enter the data in the ERP and share the requirement of water with the sales team. Communicate with the Clients with English language Should open a call, Pitch the customer, Show them the software issues Develop strong customer relationships and provide excellent service. Must have good convincing skills. Excellent conversational and customer service skills. Should have good persuasive power & can handle our Overseas Clients. Candidate don’t have to sell any product/ however need to inform our Technical Services Candidate should be presentable and should have sense of responsibility Fresher need to give Call Transfers to the Senior dept and senior will help them to achieve target

Job skills: Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred. Good English communication skill is required Candidate should have good client servicing skills Willing to handle international customers
