Dairy Products Processing Foreman/Woman (Cheese Production Specialist)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: $24.62 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Group Insurance Benefits
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Calgary South East, Alberta (4 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Dairy
Supervisory Experience: Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
Additional Skills: HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) knowledge, CIP (Cleaning In Place) and SIP (Sanitizing in Place) Systems, HTST (High Temperature Short Time) Pasteurization Processing
Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking
