Sales Training Manager Location Century City, Cape Town Advertised By Agency Job Type Full-Time Our client, based in Century City, have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled Sales Training Manager (BPO)The role of a Sales Training Manager is to effectively coach and develop a team of outbound sales consultants, ensuring strict KPIs and process are delivered from outstanding sales training ensuring results into the business, including a solid compliance record. Role and Responsibilities. Plan, design and develop learning strategies that will have a positive impact on the achievement of sales teams Engage with contact centre management team to design a training schedule to complement business objectives, and growth projections Deliver and maintain training programs for both sales departments and induction courses Drive forward training objectives by scheduling, coaching and managing the performance of employees Attend sales pipeline meetings, one-on-ones with Head of Sales. Follow up on items from these meetings to enhance sales performance Create, deliver and manage new product and vendor training sessions Achieve sales training objectives by completing strategic plans and reviews Create, prepare and completing action plans for all employees Identify trends and determine sales training system improvements and implement change Create and distribute client surveys around sales performance Develop, conduct and coach managerial training programmes Identify new learning resources Identify training requirements by current sales results; communicating with Head of Sales; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness Demonstrate a passion for delivering excellence within learning and development, with a focus on KPI results Design all content within learning and development Complete Head of Sales duties in the absence of the individual  Essential Requirements.
