By joining us you become part of a family of winners!  As a Commercial Property Sales & Leasing Adviser (Broker) you will be: Responsible for leasing commercial properties i.e. warehouses,  offices,  commercial land,  investments & new developments Prospecting for new corporate tenants Canvassing for vacancies within the commercial property arena Adding listings to various marketing channels such as websites and classifieds Meeting with tenants for viewings of appropriate properties Networking with landlords and other commercial property stakeholders Negotiating lease & sales agreements -Full training and mentorship provided. No property experience required BUT sales experience is a must. -Own reliable transport,  laptop and smart phone required-3 Month basic salary + commission (100% commission after initial 3 months) -On target earnings for Year 1 (R400k - R600k),  Year 2 (R800k +) plus bonuses & international travel incentives
