The Company:

Leading retailer has a spot in their business for an A class store manager to come on board. Providing quality and style through giftware, fashion, homeware and many more. This recognised brand is on top of their game when it comes to offering their customer the best customer service.

As the store manager, you will have impeccable customer service skills, be sales and budget driven, and have a desire to progress within the business. Key areas of work include maximizing sales performance, exceptional customer service delivery, managing stock, minimizing shrinkage, dealing with buyers & suppliers and merchandising.

You will also be responsible for supporting your  team of up to 10 staff to achieve success and guide them on their career paths whilst enhancing your own.
