Permanent Customer Service Consultant Location City Centre, Cape Town Job Type Full-Time Our client, based in the City of Cape Town, has a fantastic opportunity for experienced Customer Service Consultants to work within a Call Centre environment. If you are energetic, customer focused and have a passion for sales, then this is a must for you. Must be prepared to work flexible shifts, including night shifts. SALARY: R7540 per month

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Permanent Role DUTIES: Assist customers with all travel related services and customer enquiries (Inbound & Outbound)Achieve and maintain optimal accessibility to customers in order to achieve performance targets Provide excellent and consistent customer service to ensure great customer service Maintain product knowledge at all times to ensure consistent customer satisfaction Effective and timely call handling Ensure work meets all quality standards e.g. CEEF, Error Ratio and procedure Be informed on required markets (e.g. German, United States, South Africa and Israel)Flight reservation bookings, re-bookings and re-routings Offering and processing of direct sales options Provide relevant services to customers as per the market or services offered Adhere to all processes, rules and regulations in service delivery (e.g. the Data Protection Act).Offer alternatives actively and ensure First Call Resolution is met at all times APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:A National Senior Certificate A good understanding of computer system and standard software The ability and availability to work rotating shifts and public holidays Own transport Fluency in English both verbal and written The ability to speak clearly, confidently and fluently Proven customer service and sales skills Strong interpersonal skills Good conceptual reasoning The ability to assimilate new information quickly Decision making skills and be an independent thinker A solution driven attitude, be self-motivated, reliable and committed The ability to cope with pressure and stress The ability to make suggestions for improvement where necessary The ability to work in a team and be a team player Good conflict resolution skills The ability to perform various tasks simultaneously Initiative, be flexible, adaptable and punctual
