Locations: 1820B Uxbridge Drive NW (across from Foothill Hospital). 240 - 16th Avenue NE (in Esso Station). 5111 Northland Drive NW (Northland Mall). Position: Food Counter Attendant. Please note that we are not hiring any Foreign Workers requiring an LMIA at this time. Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Part-time, & Shifts; Weekdays, Weekends & Evenings. Salary: $10.20 - $12.00 (40 hrs. per week) Depending on experience and availability

Job Duties: Counter Attendant and Food Prep Skills: Take customer orders; prepare, heat and finish simple food items; serve customers at counters and buffet tables; use manual and electrical appliances to prepare food stuffs; portion and wrap foods; package take-out food; stock refrigerators and prep stations; keep records of quantities of food used.

Kitchen Help Skills: Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit; clean and sanitize kitchen (including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment); receive and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas; remove kitchen garbage; handle and store cleaning products; sharpen kitchen knives; sweep and mop floors.

Bussing Skills: Clean tables, trays and chairs; load bus pans and trays; replenish condiments and supplies at serving areas and tables; assist counter attendants as necessary.

Dishwashing Skills: Operate dishwashers; sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand; scour pots; operate pot-washing machines; clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, cart and waste disposal units. Follows all Operations standards and guidelines for preparation of products.
