Objective: The Data Analyst role in the Radiology Management area will be responsible for providing detailed insight into the operational efficiency of its internal processes by analyzing and reporting on data generated by these processes held in SQL environment. The reporting will be provided either through a web front end or possibly through MS Excel.

Requirements: Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analys. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Power BI, SSRS, other), databases (MS SQL Server. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, R). Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy·  Knowledge of analytical reporting knowledge of statistical packages. Knowledge of Structured Query Language and use of data query tools. Knowledge of statistical techniques. Knowledge of spatial (GIS) reporting, desirable· Knowledge of data quality management practices. Advanced communication (verbal). Advanced computer skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to understand the work flow and operations in the specific industry· Ability to interact with senior management team to understand their information requirements so that the necessary data can be extracted. analyzed and presented in an informative format to enable businesses decision making Competencies: Strong Communication and relationship building skills Strong analytical and logical skills Ability to make decisions. Tried and tested conflict resolution skills. Strong operational focus and the ability to work in a pressurized operational department. Must be able to evaluate and direct.

Duties and Key Responsibilities: To oversee the development and sustainability of regular reports requested, externally or internally, and the ad hoc extraction of data, in an ethical manner, for researchers in order to support research and delivery improvement mandates. To perform literature searches in order to supplement specialist knowledge. To improve the accuracy of data in the by working with IT specialists to resolve any data quality problems that are identified.
