He corporation of the municipality of Whitestone Permanent Full-Time Equipment Operator This position is responsible for performing road maintenance and construction activities. Other responsibilities include: winter snowplow/sanding and snow removal functions, operating various equipment including but not limited to: single and tandem axel trucks, grader, excavator, and backhoe as well as limb chipper, chainsaw, weed trimmer, and quick-cut saw. Candidates shall have a minimum Grade 12 education and must possess a valid “DZ” license with a clean abstract. A minimum of two years’ experience in a Public Works environment is a requirement as well as competent operation of the equipment listed above.
