Vacancy: Office Clerk Location Eastern Pretoria, Pretoria / Tshwane Job Type Full-Time An SME in Pretoria East is urgently looking for a Office Clerk. The person should have the following:1. Matric, administration and computing qualification. A technical qualification (mechanical, electrical, civil) is an advantage.2. At least 2 years’ experience in office/tender administration with excellent computing skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Projects, Internet etc.). Excellent filing and documentation experience. Good diary management. Administer office supplies, pay rates and taxes, manage company documents(COID, SARS etc). 3. Must have valid license and be able to drive. (This will be tested). Will also function as PA to the Managing Member and will be required to  run errands for him/her including picking up school children.4. Printing , photocopying , typing and  filing of documents .  Office planning.4. Must have worked with tenders and quotation, must be able to do basic quotes, time sheets, cost recording.5. Must able to quickly learn how to complete tenders do the tender process , get prices of materials and services , and also learn to organize site staff.7. Must be very good mathematically and be able to converse inEnglish.8. Must be willing to undertake errands for and on behalf of the Owner e.g. pick up and deliveries.9. Must be based in and around Pretoria East or be able to relocate to A basic wage R6000 - 7500 per month depending on experience this is an urgent position
