Internal Sales Controller Location Tongaat, North Suburbs Job Type Full-Time Duties Sales orders Pastel Sales invoicing Pastel Liaising with customers - Taking orders (Not a Sales Rep)Ensure Production Planner's plan is correct Creating sales order reports for production planning Requirements Not negotiable - must have previously earned a minimum of R 11 000Exp of Pastel is an advantage Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales clerk, Advanced Accounts clerk or Junior Bookkeeper and 8 years total work experience Fully computer literate with knowledge of usual MS packages Advanced Excel skills Own transport Suitable Skills/Attributes Attention to detail Good common sense Hard working and ambitious Self - sufficient and good use of initiative Thorough and logical Good e-mail and telephone etiquette with clear speaking and logical typing Be energetic and handle pressure of constantly changing planning requirements
