Internal Auditor

Our client is a large multinational organisation based in Dublin. They are looking for an Internal Auditor to join their busy Internal Audit department in Dublin. The successful candidate will be precise, decisive and have experience in all the general Accounting and Auditing duties.

Responsibilities:

    * Participate in the development of the Internal Audit function.
    * Creation and development of annual Audit planning.
    * Handle, implement and deliver internal Audit projects.
    * Perform designated internal Audits, in line with the annual planning.
    * Operating as part of a team of Internal Audit professionals to complete reviews of both operational and financial risk.
    * Manage Audit projects around procedures, policies and internal control processes.
    * Other Auditing functions as requested.

Requirements:

    * Accounting degree or related discipline, Masters degree, MBA qualification would be desirable.
    * Accounting or Auditing qualifications is favourable.
    * Part qualified or recently qualified Accountant with appropriate experience.
    * 2 - 3 years experience.
    * Any financial experience in industry is advantageous.
    * Big four professional Auditing firms experience would be ideal.
    * Fluent in English and in one other European language is essential.
    * Strong analytical skills is desirable.

Job Details:

    * Job Type: Permanent.
      * Average travel time is 40-50%.
