Minimum Requirements: Grade 12English and Afrikaans. Computer literate - proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Strong administrative and computer skills, Service driven Experience in either sales/ sales administration, customer service/ relations or Call Centre Team player, highly motivated, strong interpersonal skills Well-spoken with a good telephone manner in more than 1 language Key Competencies: Telephone Sales and After sales Service Customer Service and Marketing Order Processing and Administration Customer Data Maintenance Sales target achievement Order processing of credit notes Resolving customer queries Offer focus products and specials on every call Assist with queries and online orders.
