Experience in dealing with cleaning staff, security and maintenance staff. Assist Owner and Tenants with any queries regarding the building. Be able to formulate and action remedial plans - Building Maintenance. Engage with Contractors & Service Providers.

Requirements: Experience in Complex Management & Building Maintenance. Ability to use Hand and Power Tools. Computer literate. Ability to engage in a mature and courteous manner with different type of personalities. Experience in interacting in a professional manner with Trustees, Owner & Contractors. Good health, Reference that is valid and current. No criminal records.

Remuneration: Market related salary. Live in position.(include parking). Position available immediately.
