We are Hiring Guest Relations Officer. Location: Bin Majid Hotels and Resorts – Ras Al Khaimah.
What you’ll do: Review arrival lists to welcome guests. Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries. Provide information about amenities, area & venues and promote services. Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers. Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. confirming travel arrangements, taking messages). Record information in the logbook daily. Ensure compliance with health and quality standards. Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests. Accept and record wake-up calls, delivering to the right department. Communicate any emergency, lost item or theft to proper security staff and/or authorities. Keep contingency lists in case of emergency and communicate any necessary messages.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Guest Relations Agent for 1 year. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
