Chef Trainer / Recipe DB Administrator Location Higgovale, Cape Town. If you have had at least 5 years managing a busy fast casual restaurant or café kitchen, a culinary diploma, but looking for career growth in the industry, this job could be for you.

We require a candidate who is: analytical and meticulous with detail, likes teaching cooking and plating skills, good communicator (Xhosa speakers especially), great team leader, can travel major SA cities when required, positive attitude, able to execute briefed projects independently, good computer skills, creative and genuinely interested in food, able to work weekends when required, have an interest in product development.
