Responsible for ordering, following-up, receiving and tracing of plants spare and consumable parts and supplies Knowledge of material parts requisition, receiving report vendor, and suppliers. Import duties shipping terms and methods. Assisting the maintenance & planning / scheduling departments for procurement of parts and supplies on the time bases, maintain and update the material management system.

Requirement: Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management and purchasing concepts. Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment. Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in store keeping, inventory control, or record keeping. Salary will be based on experience.
