Non-negotiable requirements: Minimum 3-5 years experience as an Safari travel consultant, or Southern African tour guide. Building full itineraries (10+ days) including flights, road transfers and activities. Extensive destination and logistics knowledge of 5-star private game lodges throughout Southern Africa. Outstanding telephonic consultation skills (needs analysis, overcoming objections and providing solutions). Dealing extensively with the international luxury traveler. Excellent computer skills - Google office applications, CRM, Wetu (specify any other you know well).
