Retail Store Manager /Assistant Retail Store Manager URGENT, Location, Centurion, Pretoria / Tshwane, Job Type Full-Time. versee all the daily operations,they will manage the store's employees including performance evaluations. Oversee the Operational and Organisational standards as well as implement the marketing,advertising and Financial strategy dictated  by management. They store manager will regularly review the daily , weekly and quarterly Financial data of the store to ensure the store and staff meet their financial quotas. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Report on buying trends, customer needs, profit etc, Overseeing pricing and stock control. Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customer(Complains/grievances ). Additional store manager duties. Maximizing profitability and setting /meeting sales target including motivating staff to do so. Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Legislation. Preparing promotional materials and displays. Liaising with head office.

Minimum: Strong Retail Experience. Requirements: Proven successful experience as Retail manager ,Minimum 5 years. Powerful leading skills and business orientation, Customer Management skills. Strong organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Matric Certificate. Must have own or reliable transport to work overtime as required.

Assistant Store Manager: Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager & staff in meeting sales goals, Customer service targets & operating objectives through execution coaching & accountability. Manager the store & its employees. Support ,model and enhance the seamless customer service focus by creating an environment that is friendly helpful knowledgeable  and quick for customer and Co-workers. Ensure store presentation standards are achieved and maintained. Communicate merchandise sell-through & market trend information to Head office. Handle store level of human resources ,operational & loss prevention issues. Ensure proper scheduling of  staff. Open & close store in an effective manner. Minimum: Graduate Requirement: Proven successful experience in retail field. Powerful leading skills & business orientation.  Customer management skills. Strong organisation skills. Good communication skills & interpersonal skills. Matric Certificate. Able to read sales data. Strong IT Skills. Must have own or reliable transport to work overtime as required.
