Voice and Mobility Support Officer (Analyst) F/T Sydney Local Health District Voice and Mobility Support Officer (Analyst) F/T Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Analyst Remuneration: $80,960 - $94,957 per annum. We are seeking a customer focused individual with outstanding interpersonal and IT skills in a fast paced, mission critical environment. Our ideal candidate has IT qualifications and up to date working knowledge of a wide range of computer technologies including desktop hardware, Apple and other smart phone devices, networking and PABX products.  Where you'll be working Reporting Camper down What you'll be doing The primary function of this position is to provide first and second level support for SLHD's IP Voice and mobility systems. The role has a focus on supporting Apple Macintosh PCs, mobile and smart device faults, and provides support and administration to these devices. To be considered for this role you will need the following: You should also have significant experience in a fast paced customer service support environment and demonstrated ability to work in a team with the ability to deliver high quality, customer focused outcomes.  Excellent verbal and written skills and demonstrated ability to consult, influence, negotiate and manage expectations effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This position is a Health Service Analyst permanent full time role, working 38 hours per week. To be eligible for permanent appointment to a position in NSW Health, you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent Australian residency.  All applications must include a current CV and address the Selection Criteria to be considered. A current driver’ licence valid within Australia is essential Selection Criteria Experience with troubleshooting and supporting Apple Macintosh PCs, Smart Devices and Mobile Phones across different operating systems including anti- virus products. Managing smart device on-boarding, policy enforcement and ensuring the integrity of the MDM (Mobile Device Management) system; this will include company supplied and BYO devices A working knowledge of integrating Macintosh systems into an Active Directory Domain environment Experience working on/from a busy Service Desk, troubleshooting, liaising with customers & vendors for IP Telephone System- new connections, changes, relocations and programming for IP voice system, mobility and paging. Service Desk - resolving issues and faults remotely and onsite and escalating where required, updating and closing jobs for voice, mobility and paging. Demonstrated ability to liaise with Senior Management.
