Senior Foreman, Location, Goodwood, Northern Suburbs, Job Type Contract.

Daily Duties: Morning roll call for Labourers. Tool box checks on small tools. All Checklist and registers to be filled out daily. Keep records of Machines that are on hire. Daily productivity is recorded. Risk Assessments, Resource schedule Update drawings to latest revision. Recording of rain meter. Check compaction and cube results. Ensure that radios are on charge and are being utilized.

Responsibilities: Setting out of all works is done correctly. Ensure that levels of all underground service are correct. Ensure that works are done to programme. Surveyor pegs are correct and are being used for the correct function of work being undertaken. Report to Project Manager of any problems on site and programs. Ensure that Engineer signs off on all works done. Management of daily site activities. Manage Labour to Project production program.

Requirements: Minimum 5 Years experience. Residential Development experience advantageous. Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license. Willing to work some weekends. Start date ASAP -  12 Month Contract. Salary between R28 000 - R32 000 per month. Only candidates residing in Western Cape will be considered.
