The Tasmanian Health Service is seeking interest from suitably qualified applicants for Registered Nurse vacancies within the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Royal Hobart Hospital (Multiple Vacancies).
Vacancies: Permanent, full-time and part-time shift work (fully rotational), working up to 76 hours per fortnight commencing as soon as possible. Hours will be negotiated with successful applicants.
This role presents a great opportunity to practice at a beginner to expert level supported by a transition to emergency nursing program. Joining the Royal Hobart Emergency Department Team, you will provide high quality nursing care, aimed at improving patient health outcomes with a supportive multidisciplinary emergency department team.
Assessing individual patient needs, you will plan, implement or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options. You will also provide support and guidance to newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses and other workers providing basic nursing care.
Salary: $62,008 to $84,858 per annum in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service Agreement) 2016. Access to the Grade 4 salary range $80,239 - $84,858 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4.
