About the business: Solid Foundation is a medium size company with about 30 employees & 25 sub contractor's. Solid has been successfully operating for the last 7 years & just keeps growing stronger. We do all the ground works for low rise apartments, up to 5 levels, commercial projects, large domestic, basements & suspended.

About the role The role for this position would include: Managing & instructing your crew, managing OHS procedures on site at all times. Sticking to deadlines, budgets, reading plans, ordering site materials. Reporting all site information & progress to our general manager on a daily basis. Managing multiple sites.

Skills and experience: To be successful for the role you MUST have the following attributes: Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry. Proven track record in a foreman position. Strong leadership skills & ability to work in a team. Excellent communication skills. High attention to detail & an ambitious & driven approach to work. Hold all necessary licenses required for a structure foreman role. Have the ability & knowledge to read plans & do take off's, order required site materials.
