Your new company: Due to growth and movement within the team, this large and nationally recognized company based in Albury is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to permanent employment. The ideal candidate will be required to start immediately and must be available to work full time Monday to Friday 8.00-4.00pm

Your new role: Prepare and follow up customer quotes in a timely manner. Resolve customer service issues effectively. Provide timely and accurate order status information to customers. Proactively assist customers with advice. Manage customers internally, working closely with relevant external account and sales manager. Provide internal support and regular feedback to the sales team. Support the Branch Manager and broader team in management of processes. Ensure all policies and procedures of the company are applied consistently. Understand and comply with all workplace health and safety and quality policies and procedures.

What you'll need to succeed: To be successful for this role you will ideally have previous experience in a similar position and be friendly and approachable with a professional and positive attitude. You will need to be flexible and adaptable with any task, have good time management and exceptional customer service skills.
