An opportunity has arisen for an applicant, to start immediately, for a permanent, part-time administration assistant (5 days, 10am – 3pm). Ideally you will have qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand experience working in a professional services environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Administration support for the treasury function. Administration duties to assist senior staff with client and non-client matters. Working with senior professionals and the Finance team. Timesheet maintenance. Advanced Word, advanced Excel and touch typing skills. High level of accountability and accuracy. Filing and mail management.
To be successful in this role, you may have several of the following: Good organisation, time management and multi-tasking skills. High degree of computer literacy including advanced Word, advanced Excel and touch typing skills. Tech savvy
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail: A flexible and mature approach to work. Ability to work in a small team.
