About the role: We are a highly qualified and tight knit team with over 25 years experience in the real estate industry and are seeking a self-motivated and experienced receptionist.

This very busy role is well suited to someone who is reliable, has a strong work ethic and is more than capable at remaining calm with a big smile all while managing multiple tasks, greeting clients and managing incoming phone calls. Strong attention to detail is vital for this position and ideally we are after someone who has an understanding of REST and the real estate industry.

Duties include, although not limited to: Answering & directing telephone enquiries. Greeting clients. Receipting and processing rent for tenant. Collecting and distrusting daily mail. Provide assistance to the Property Management Team Being the 'go-to' person for any administration duties Managing keys Assisting with the drafting of letters and notices Scanning and filing Maintaining office presentation Criteria

It is crucial that the successful person has the following attributes: At least 12 months experience in a reception role, preferably in real estate. Previous experience with REST (Not a requirement, however preferred) Proficient MS office computing skills. A motivated and career minded attribute. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
