MTN Brits Store Purpose: The Store Manager manages the day-to-day operations and the problem solving of a team of consultants in store, to meet the required service levels, group standards and sales targets. The store manager reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Performance Areas: Team / Individual Sales & Store Profitability. Audit compliance. All Store Targets are met monthly. Daily stock take is conducted. Demo models are monitored closely. Pricing on Displays updated at the beginning of each month. Monitor ageing and obsolete stock. Maintain accessory boards as per company requirements. Prepare for and conduct monthly financial stock takes. Maximize customer satisfaction. Increased customer service standards. Increased brand awareness. Enhanced business reputation. Zero store sales experienced. System access adheres to company and policy procedure. All applications and related administration are free of errors. Daily banking and Day End Administration. Maintain store appearance in line with Occupational. Health and Safety Regulations. Maintain equipment, supplies, fixtures, fittings and furniture in the store. Ensure Facility Safety and Security. Pest Control is monitored and managed. Enforce Company Policy and Procedures. Adhere and enforce the Company Code of Conduct. Counsel Staff members when required.
