Base Zero is a Mobile Adventure Company that has been operating for 10 years. We help kids develop confidence, through rock climbing. Successful applicants will have an energetic personality, with a passion to help people. 

Work Hours And Income: Working 37.5 hrs/week, 9am – 5pm, Monday - Friday in an airconditioned office, with a vibrant team, allows you to enjoy a wonderful work vs lifestyle balance. Gross Income is$1653 f/night. 4 weeks paid holiday per year, Superannuation 9.5%. Public holidays are paid days off.

Training: You will be trained in the role by our friendly team at support office. Office Role: As the leader of the EARS team - Event Acquisition & Retention Specialists team, your primary role is to lead the team in effective client communication and office administration to help provide a wonderful customer experience. The autonomous work environment of Support office requires your ability to be independently motivated and task orientated. We deliver multiple signature events, everything from school holiday vacation care, scouts and youth activities, to large corporate gigs.

We are saying farewell to our team leader who has decided to move into the education industry Required Criteria: Good understanding of Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Xero, DropBox. Intermediate keyboard, computer and technology skills. Must be familiar with Social Media Platforms. Familiar with using a Website Database to store client details. Open Drivers License, with a good driving history record. Showing initiative, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, are key attributes. Most of the skills required, to perform this role, can be taught. Having a background in outdoor education, vacation care, event planning and will be highly regarded.
