Location, Randburg, Johannesburg, Job Type Full-Time, POSITION: Junior Buyer / Sales Administrator
Duties & Responsibilities: Liaise with foreign suppliers. Basic import duties – placing orders, payments, follow up on orders, etc. Foreign payments. Manage stock holding. General administrative duties – filing, switchboard, etc. Quotes & orders for clients and assist internal sales department if and when required.
Required Qualifications (no exceptions): Grade 12 / Matric / Equivalent “N” qualification. Must have own, reliable transportation (Drivers license not required, own vehicle not required)
Personal Attributes: Between 18 to 30 years of age. Computer literate (Office & Outlook). Fluent in both English as well as Afrikaans (Speak, read & write). Take pride in personal appearance. Trustworthy & Honest. Outgoing & Confident. Self motivated. Enjoy working and interacting with people. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Able to work under pressure & not under constant supervision. Previous experience in import duties will be beneficial. Previous experience in sales will be beneficial
Remuneration: Will be based on candidates employment / earnings history and is negotiable to a certain extent. Benefits negotiable – will be discussed with the applicant during interview process.
