Full Time Position: Box Hill & South Yarra (starting mid December) Melbourne Eastern Suburbs (Female Chinese Speaking Preferred) Since 1989, we at Masterlink, have grown from a one-shop Telco dealer into becoming Australia's 2017 #1 Optus Franchisee with 5+ stores. 

We're looking for full time sales team members whom we can grow the business with. You must be sales-focused, a team player and a self-starter.

Who are we looking for? Full Time Sales Consultants with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Sales experience in working towards KPIs is highly regarded Telco Experience in Australia is preferred

Live within 30 minutes of Box Hill or South Yarra

For us to be a good fit, you must be: A great personality & great energy. Fluency in English & Chinese is preferred. Excellent sales skills and experience, "can do" attitude to achieve team objectives and leadership skills in a team environment. A great listener and relationship builder, who can problem solve in a fast-paced environment. Tech savvy and have an interest in telecommunications and technology. Have had experience working towards KPIs and targets. A team player.

Curious & hungry self-learner who will educate themselves on the latest technology and products.

Hours: As this job is in a retail environment, you are expected to work normal retail trading hours. This involves late nights, weekends and public holidays. All attempts are made to ensure the allocation of days off is fair and equitable to all staff. Special requested for specific days off will be accommodated where possible.

Remuneration and Commissions: As this position includes customer service responsibilities, as well as sales, a retainer (General Retail Award) is paid alongside a commission structure. It is expected that all duties and responsibilities required of you will be executed under this pay structure. The commissionable pay rates and basis will change from time to time, to reflect changes in the products, emphasis and the market place we operate in.
