Production Supervisor, Salary: After Interview, City: Ajman, Industry: Engineering, Career: Entry Level, Job Type: Full Time, Gender: Male, Production Supervisor A leading Woven Sack Manufacturing company in UAE is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to work in their Manufacturing plant in Ajman, Position: Production Supervisor; Number of Vacancies: 2 Experience required: 2 Year minimum Salary: As per Local Industry standard.

Job: Collect Job order and assign particular work to specific operator based on priority. Responsible for maintaining daily production report, and other documentation related to Manufacturing. Create and oversee an employee training schedule that emphasizes productivity and Resource conservation. Evaluate each station of the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency. Enforce safety policies and procedures (both in-house and regulatory) to decrease the potential for employee injuries on the job. Assume responsibility for manufacturing and shipping processes in the plant Inspect products prior to shipment to ensure accurate labeling and record keeping. Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives. Ensure all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly. Maintain attendance Records of employees. Involve in shift schedule decision with Production In charge. Find new ways to increase productivity of labours. Should be ready to accept any other work assigned by management on time to time basis.

Skills: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferably from woven sack Industry. 2+ years’ manufacturing plant experience. Ability to create and follow schedules. Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required. Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in shop floor. Should be ready to work in shift (day & night alternate biweekly).
