Position: Production In charge. Experience required: 4/5 Year minimum. Salary: As per Industry standards. Woven Sack Industry Experience in similar role is a must Job: Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements. Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines. Monitor production to resolve issues. Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Approve and supervise maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards. Enforce health and safety precautions. Report to upper management. To control Manpower movement during shift hours and be accountable for same to make best use of Manpower/Machines/Materials To review and submit the Daily Production Summary Report at end of each day to Manager.

Continuously follows all safety, cleanliness and hygiene rules. Prepares the shift reports including all required information (personnel, machine counters, packed items, breakdowns etc.). Co ordinate with Sales and Procurement people to assure plant is supplied with required raw material on time and client gets delivery of finished product on time. We are looking for following things in the candidates, who apply, Experience Required: 4/5 years strong experience as Production In charge from woven Sacks Industry only. Should be able to work independently and run entire plant on his own, within first week of joining after few days of induction. Should have ability to get along with labours, maintenance people, administrative and support function staff. Should anticipate the problems in production and mitigate them with right strategy using Risk analysis etc. Should be ready to take extra efforts and do more than what is required by the job, to make sure production plant runs smoothly without any break up or halt. Should have some basic knowledge of machines, plant maintenance, housekeeping and safety.
