Front of House Supervisor The Pizza and Grill Co. Melbourne Northern Suburbs. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, dedicated and outgoing person to assume the role of Front of House Supervisor. You'll put the customers at the heart of everything you do, create a positive and fun team culture for your staff, and deliver exceptional food each and every day.

You'll work with your staff to complete day to day tasks and be responsible in supervising the FOH. You must have a good ability to learn quickly, have an attention for detail, able to multi-task and work under pressure. The job requires you to work most evenings and on the weekends. Your duties will include: Working closely with team members to provide a high quality of food and customer service. Maintaining Cleaning Programs. Following Operational Procedures. Train high-performing team. Lead and Inspire your team by example. Opening and/or closing the restaurant.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role previously, along with good command of the English language. Must have a valid working visa or be an Australian resident. You must also have a vehicle as the hours vary.
