Production Worker - Blinds Manufacturer, Melbourne Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs, Dynamic, fast paced and friendly environment, Job Security. Dandenong South Location.

With their 35 years experience in the industry they are looking for a energetic person to join their team.

The Role: We are currently in search for an enthusiastic, hard working process worker to cross train in all areas of our clients factory.  The main duties of this role is to assist the dispatch of our clients product, in a fast paced, high volume production to ensure their quality window furnishings are delivered to their valued customers safely and in a timely manner. Ideally you will have experience in manufacturing but as long as you have an excellent work ethic and are willing to learn we want to hear from you. Full training will be provided.

To be successful for this position you will have: Must be an Australian Resident. Experience within manufacturing and production environments. Dispatch of products. Ability to learn new skills. Experience in blind manufacturing preferred but not essential. Be able to cut and measure (mathematical skills required). Current forklift licence (Desirable). Excellent attention to detail. Organisational skills & able to meet deadlines. Willingness to cross train in other sections of the business. Knowledge of OH&S. Ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to follow instructions. Ability to build relationships quickly and maintain a positive rapport at all times with co- workers. Excellent work ethic.
