Receptionist/Office Administrator, Ray White Lidcombe. Working alongside a team of elite professionals, your primary role will focus on phone management as well as various administrative tasks. Due to the high volume of incoming calls, we require a well-spoken and positive individual who exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, initiative and the ability to multi-task with a can do attitude.

Your role will include, but is not limited to: Answering & Redirecting phone calls. Meeting and Greeting Clients. Processing Property Management Invoices. Monitoring & Redirecting Email Inboxes and Mails. General Administration Assistance.
