Applications are invited for the position of General Hand / Delivery Driver to work within the Property Department on a permanent full-time basis. This position requires a highly motivated person to work in our high performing maintenance team.

The primary responsibilities of the role will be assisting in repairs and maintenance on the School's property, as well as the daily delivery and collection of laundry and food. The ideal applicant will be able to work within a team environment as well as unsupervised.

The key responsibilities of the General Assistant / Delivery Position include, but not limited to. It is essential that you applications demonstrates how you meet the following criteria: Must be able to work effectively in a demanding work environment. Demonstrated capacity to operate as both a leader and team player. Effective interpersonal communication skills and experience in dealing with staff. Ability to be proactive, flexible and open minded. Willing to work overtime as required. Perform all duties according to current WHS legislation.

In addition you must: Must be physically fit and strong. Possess a current driver's licence. Be able to work independently or in a team environment. Be able to work without direct supervision. Be able to multi task. Have good time management skills.
